It is not necessary to be present to win. Winners will be notified via phone. Must be 21 or older to purchase a ticket and claim a prize. Winners must provide a photo ID to claim their prize. Winners will have 30 days to claim their prize. No purchase necessary. Winners may be required to pay taxes on prizes they win.
