At Denver Academy of Torah, we are nurturing students to be Torah-observant role models and future leaders, through an intellectually rigorous and innovative education imbued with a love of Israel.

Did you know that...?

  • Denver Academy of Torah consistently ranks as having one of the best math programs in the region, with our students and teachers receiving accolades from the MathCounts competition almost every year? In 2021, one of our eighth grade students finished fourth in Jefferson County!

  • Thanks to the devotion of our faculty, Denver Academy of Torah students - according to the results of a national study of virtual education experiences during the coronavirus pandemic - were the happiest in the United States with the quality of their learning?

  • Denver Academy of Torah students hold leadership roles in communal organizations, including the Rose Youth Foundation and the National Conference of Synagogue Youth almost every year? In fact, in 2020, a DAT high school senior was selected as national president of NCSY. 

  • Denver Academy of Torah's students have been winners in the Intermountain Jewish News's annual Doris Sky Chanukah Coloring Contest every year for more than a decade?

  • Denver Academy of Torah students are politically and civically engaged? In 2019, one of our high school sophomores was honored as a "Stellar Student" at the Colorado State Capital. Also in 2019, one of our eighth grade students finished 12th in Colorado in the National Geographic Society's Geography Bee. Our Model United Nations delegates have received honorable mentions in previous years.

  • Denver Academy of Torah students get accepted into top colleges and universities - with honors? In our Class of 2021, we have a student who finished in the 97th percentile of the National Merit Scholarship Qualifying Test. Two of our students were accepted into the Scholars Program at Binghampton University - reserved for the top 120 students of the 40,000 who are accepted.
